“To provide mentoring support and education to Lodge Mentors, new members and personal Mentors. Thereby encouraging new members interest and activity within their Lodges".
Having run development workshops with Lodge Mentors, had white table presentations to new members (and wives) and discussions with personal Mentors, the Provincial Mentoring programme is ready to launch. We would like to invite members to attend the Provincial Mentoring seminars in February (see dates below).
What Have We Learnt?
Since we started, we have seen how strong Lodges have Mentoring embedded within all its members. We have learnt the importance of Mentoring has on the retention of membership and the vital role it plays in the first few years for the development of all new members.
The NEW documentation give a structure and continuity for Mentoring across the Province. The messages in the seminars are very important to all members and need to be taken back to their Lodge.

· 6th February - Beaconsfield
· 8th February - Aylesbury (start 7.30pm)

· 24th February - Marlow
Invited guest speakers:
