2017 Cheque Presentation Booking Information


Following on from the seven very successful Cheque presentations held around the Province over the past 4 years. It is with great delight that the Aylesbury Masonic Centre are hosting the event this Spring. The evening will commence with a light buffet and an opportunity to meet with representatives of the respective charities. Following this, there will be the formal presentation of the cheques.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for a booking form advising of your Lodge and the Charities that you intend to donate to, no later than April 15th 2017. It is hoped that all Lodges wishing to attend will extend the invitation to their nominated Charity and will inform the event of anticipated numbers expected to attend.

The presentations will take place in the Temple and all Charities and Lodges will be given a few minutes to present a bit about either their Charity or in the case of the Lodge why they wanted to support it.  These stories have proved to be remarkable over the past years and remind us all why we raise money for good causes and must continue to do so. If your Lodge has already presented money it can be done again in the more formal setting of the temple if you feel the Charity or good cause could benefit or would just like to tell their story.

Finally, it would make for a more enjoyable evening if as many of the lodge members and their wives/partners could attend to offer their support and to highlight the importance of the occasion.
