Great Film, Great People and Great Fundraising

The Festival Fortnight kicked off with the open air showing of Bohemian Rhapsody in the gardens of Heatherden Hall, Pinewood Studios, Iver on Friday 7th June 2019. 260 tickets had been sold and over 200 came out on what could have been a very wet night but we amazingly dodged the rain and settled in to a great evening, where over £5000 was raised for the Festival.

Everyone was suitably dressed in case of showers but managed to enjoy the picnic and drinks brought with us in the company of great people in a great setting.

Organised by the Provincial Grand Registrar, W Bro David Durn and Bro Andrew Smith, Charity Steward of Denham Green Lodge 9636 and a Director of Pinewood Studios Pinewood had kindly donated the gardens, screen, toilet facilities and staffing at no cost to the Province but at considerable cost and time to themselves to assist in charitable fundraising. A big thank you to everyone who braved the weather and turned out and to Pinewood for giving us this amazing opportunity, and a great evening.
