The BMBA played on a cold, breezy afternoon (although it stayed dry!) under our Senior Vice President, Ken Tucker on the 1st May 2018.
To accommodate all players who had signed up from both sides, the match comprised 4 triples and a rink. The match was played in the friendliest of spirits but, regrettably, we lost on all rinks by 65 shots, 55 - 120. Our lowest losing rink - by 9 shots - comprised Ken Tucker, John Mansfield and Neville Church. The half-time prediction competition raised £29 for charity and Jim Lumsden made the nearest prediction of the final score.
The match was followed, in the warmth of the clubhouse, by a tasty 3 course meal.
