Beaconsfield committee for Freemasonry in the Community treated 20 Young Carers to an outing
On 7th December 2014 the Beaconsfield branch of Freemasonry in the Community held a Christmas party at the Beaconsfield Masonic Centre for 40 young carers between the ages of 6 to 11 from the charity CarersBucks in High Wycombe.
Following the success of last year’s day out at the Holmer Green model railway club The Beaconsfield Committee for Freemasonry in the Community set about organising another day for the Engine Shed.

Many people are aware of the charitable aspect of Freemasonry. However, they often percieve it as either being solely “in house” – caring for our own – or donations made through The Grand Charity to large national concerns.
The whole ethos of modern Freemasonry is the support for international, national and local charities and helping those less fortunate in our own local communities.
